3. Use License

Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App

Keeping your passcode confidential and secure

Important: If you forget your passcode, the only way to regain access is to delete and reinstall the App, which will erase all your settings. We cannot recover forgotten passcodes.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Limitations of the Service

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Safe in Sound and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
